Our people
Behind every Zulaxy product is a team of more than 30 people — and most of them are women from the neighbourhoods around our Bengaluru facility. They assemble, check and pack everything that leaves our doors.
We believe a company should lift the people who build it. Steady work close to home, fair pay, and the dignity of a real skill — that’s what we try to give every person on our floor. Many joined with little formal work experience and now run entire lines with confidence.
